Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Sales, Americas based in the United States to drive regional revenue growth and expand the customer base across the Americas. This senior leadership role combines sales strategy, complex business development, and strategic pricing to create long-term value for customers and the company.

You will lead the regional sales organization, collaborate with product, engineering, and operations, and influence pricing strategies while navigating competitive markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct sales leadership experience with a proven quota attainment track record.
• Ability to architect and close complex sales cycles across large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles: account development, pricing, forecasting, territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Americas aligned with regional objectives.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, targets, and expenditures for the sales region.
• Provide guidance on account strategies, territory planning, and pipeline development.
• Manage and mentor regional sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support pricing strategy for OEMs and distributors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and profitable growth.
