Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sr. Manager or Director of Growth Marketing based in the United States. You will own the full-funnel acquisition strategy for a telehealth and wellness business, including paid search, paid social, CRO, and analytics.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role with major ownership over growth initiatives that drive revenue. You will work across marketing, product, and business teams to connect channel performance with financial outcomes, establish scalable growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social with ownership of strategy and budgets.
• Strong understanding of attribution, LTV efficiency, funnel metrics, and budget optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across major paid search and paid social channels.
• Lead full-funnel growth initiatives that support revenue objectives.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across the customer journey and landing pages.
• Build reporting frameworks translating performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Shape and execute the website experimentation roadmap with hypotheses and tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to align growth with goals.
• Establish scalable growth processes and operating rhythms for faster decision making.
