Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a results-driven Partnerships leader to strategize and scale the Business Benefits portfolio, building a pipeline of brands and services for founders and business leaders.

You will own end-to-end partnerships from prospecting and negotiation through contracting, activation, renewal, and expansion, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to maximize revenue and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development, sales, or related roles.
• Track record building and managing strategic partnerships including negotiations, renewals, expansions, and revenue ownership.
• Experience owning a business vertical, portfolio, or large area of responsibility.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
• Confident in executive-level relationship building and strategic conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, and commercial performance of the Business Benefits portfolio.
• Build and manage a pipeline of brands and services for founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
• Lead partnerships end-to-end from prospecting, negotiation, contracting, to launch, activation, renewal, and expansion.
• Structure partnerships to balance member value, partner ROI, and company economics.
• Build and maintain senior-level partner relationships.
