Job summary

FoundersCard in New York, NY is seeking a Director, Benefit Partnerships to lead our Business Benefits portfolio. You will own strategy, pipeline, sourcing, negotiation, launch, renewals, and expansion, turning partnerships into measurable business results.

You will build senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to bring benefits to life and optimize performance.

Qualifications

8+ years in partnerships or related commercial roles.
Track record building strategic partnerships, including renewals and expansions.
Experience owning a business vertical or significant portfolio.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, growth, and commercial performance of the Business Benefits portfolio.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of brands and services for founders and business leaders.
Lead partnerships end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, launch, renewal, and expansion.
Structure partnerships balancing member value, partner ROI, and FoundersCard economics.
Develop senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and engagement across the portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally to bring benefits to life and optimize performance.
Use performance data to guide portfolio decisions and partnerships.
