Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to shape institutional growth in fintech and crypto ecosystems. You will define strategy, identify partnerships, and drive multi‑year plans with senior financial institution clients.

The role requires direct engagement with banks, asset managers, and fintech partners to accelerate adoption and revenue. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into roadmaps, lead high‑visibility initiatives, and build executive relationships

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or related roles.
• Proven track record closing complex partnerships with large financial institutions.
• Experience building a new business, market, or GTM motion.

Responsibilities

• Identify novel use cases, partnerships, and adoption pathways for institutional clients.
• Develop GTM motions covering segmentation, positioning, and pipelines.
• Source, negotiate, and lead strategic partnerships with banks and asset managers.
• Translate market signals into roadmap recommendations for product and growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing.
