Job summary

HirexHire, Inc. is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical front door for partner integrations. You will validate APIs, identify feasibility gaps, and ensure integration work is de-risked before engineering.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and external partners, you will document authentication flows, endpoints, and wire requirements, while guiding partners toward timely resolution and scalable integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in integration engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, GraphQL, webhooks, and OAuth2/SAML/OIDC authentication.
• Proficient with API testing tools and ability to read code in Python/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with integration partners and drive resolution.
• Conduct API discovery and validation using Postman or curl.
• Confirm APIs meet product requirements before engineering sprints.
• Create integration briefs documenting authentication, endpoints, and payloads.
• Collaborate with Product to shape accurate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support Engineering during implementation as the subject matter expert.
