Pekin Insurance in Pekin, IL seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead nationwide acquirers and agency networks in Property & Casualty and Life. You will own the strategy, negotiate enterprise contracts, and align cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in P&C sales or distribution, plus 3+ years managing large partnerships. A bachelor’s degree and relevant designations are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive P&C commercial sales or distribution experience.
• At least 3+ years managing enterprise partnerships or large agency networks.
• Certifications such as CLU, CIC or CPCU preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and executes a roadmap to target, secure, and expand relationships with large to mid-sized aggregators.
• Creates and negotiates enterprise-level contracts and incentives with executive leadership for targeted groups.
• Partners with Underwriting, Product, Sales, and Operations to educate teams on evolving organizations and the A&A landscape.
• Enables field sales by connecting them with regional A&A leadership and partners to drive growth.
