Job summary

Tenna is seeking an Insurance Partnerships Manager to lead strategic relationships with insurers, captives, brokers, MGAs, and risk advisors. The role focuses on revenue growth, product expansion, and customer value through joint programs, data integrations, and go-to-market initiatives.

Ideal candidates have insurance domain experience, strong partnership acumen, and comfort operating in executive forums and public settings. This is a high-visibility role with remote US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or B2B sales, business development, or partnerships leadership.
• 3+ years in the insurance or risk management sector (carrier, broker, MGA, insurtech).
• Direct experience in construction, construction tech, or related industries.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships and close partnerships.
• Public speaking and brand representation at industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and management of strategic partnerships with insurers, captives, MGAs, brokers, and risk advisors.
• Structure referral, integration, and data-sharing agreements.
• Support Sales during deal cycles and navigate complex client needs.
• Represent Tenna at conferences, partner events, and panels.
• Develop joint campaigns and go-to-market strategies with Sales & Marketing.
• Create thought leadership content and enablement for broker and underwriter teams.
• Track partner performance and KPIs to optimize ROI.
