Qualifications

  • Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements and deal terms.
  • Experience managing opportunities, pipelines, and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing stakeholders including C-level executives.

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing agreements, tracking metrics, building forecasts, and protecting the partnership brand.

About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,400 - $129,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing agreements, optimizing value and ensuring effective long-term partner engagement. Track critical business metrics and partner performance, build accurate business forecasts, and manage the partnership's brand reputation.
