As a Strategic Partner Development Manager within the Knowledge and Information (K&I) Ads & Commerce Partnerships team, you will drive business-critical initiatives that enable, differentiate, and scale Google's core advertising and Agentic Commerce products. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, lead end-to-end partner life-cycles across Ad Safety, Infrastructure, and measurement panels, as well as Agentic Commerce initiatives. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to negotiate complex agreements, manage strategic partner ecosystems, and build cohesive, user and merchant experiences. You will leverage industry trends and market insights to shape future product roadmaps. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. Google's Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $140000 - $203000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Lead partnership negotiations, structure term sheets, and manage the implementation and ongoing operations of complex strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners globally by driving the development of quantitative market analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Policy, and Go-to-Market, to define and launch critical partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise regarding the Ads and Agentic Commerce landscape, key market players, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to and refine the team's operational processes to ensure efficient accurate pipeline management.
