Job summary

TED Conferences, LLC is seeking a Partnerships professional to drive strategic collaborations with brands and organizations in a hybrid New York-based setting. You will identify opportunities, craft customized proposals, and coordinate across teams to deliver compelling partnerships.

Responsibilities include researching industry trends, managing inbound leads, preparing pitches, and supporting RFP responses and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in digital media, publisher, or agency environment.
• Experience with digital advertising formats, media planning, and ad operations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research and identify partnership opportunities.
• Manage inbound leads and initial outreach to assess potential partners.
• Collaborate with Partnership Managers to create proposals and pitches.
• Support RFP responses, media plans, and creative concepts.
• Coordinate specs, pricing, and inventory with internal teams.
• Maintain opportunities and deal status in Salesforce.
• Assist with campaign handoffs to Ad Operations and reporting.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for trafficking and QA.
