Job summary

HyTechPro is seeking a strategic Partnerships Manager to establish and expand relationships with Associations, guiding end-to-end partner lifecycle and driving growth through collaborative initiatives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and project management to deliver impactful partnerships aligned with the organization’s mission. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with PMP credential considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications or related field.
• PMP certification is asset.
• Experience developing and managing consultation and engagement strategies with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with Associations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop strategic partnerships with Associations, leading and managing strategic plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with mission and goals.
• Lead and guide stakeholder engagement, partnership, and consultation strategies with associations and other stakeholders.
• Be measured against KPIs including partner ecosystem growth, new customers via partners, and adoption of partner solutions by customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
• Oversee full partner lifecycle: source, sign, and manage partners end to end that drive growth.
• Create innovative partnership channels to extend outreach and collaboration across initiatives and policy areas.
• Develop networks to foster new initiatives, partnerships, and strategic policy development.
