Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and secure new partnerships that align with client needs and revenue targets. You will collaborate with product, sales, and strategy to craft the partner strategy and move prospects through contracts to active partnerships.

You will lead negotiations with legal teams, manage a PRM/CRM pipeline, and drive awareness through webinars and campaigns while building trusted relationships across Paychex and Paycor as One Paychex.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new partnerships that align with customer needs by developing and executing a structured prospecting plan to target partnerships
• Manages complex contract negotiation and works with legal counsel to minimize the contract phase and transition partners from prospects to active partnerships
• Develops collaboration with business partners to implement strategies that penetrate target partnerships and keeps internal stakeholders updated on progress
• Gains solid understanding of the Company’s market to provide consistent information on channel and partnerships
• Maintain deep knowledge of Paycor’s HCM solutions, partnership ecosystem, and industry trends to position the program
• Drive awareness and generate new partnership leads through webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted content
• Track all partnership activities in PRM/CRM tools, maintain pipeline to meet goals, provide reports on performance
