Xometry is seeking a results-driven Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner outcomes during the order lifecycle. You will act as the main liaison for partners, drive production flow, and escalate risks while delivering transparent progress updates.

You will apply manufacturing knowledge and ERP tools to resolve blockers, manage quality controls, and support peak periods across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain or customer service in manufacturing operations.
• Experience meeting schedule commitments for a identified customer group.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to implement production solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for the partner community with proactive and transparent communication.
• Maintain production queue awareness to prioritize work and reduce delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team to resolve blockers.
• Identify and resolve issues including RMA projects and reclamations.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T while upholding QA and safety policies.
