Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that boost efficiency and scale our manufacturing operations. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to drive improvements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, managing budgets, tracking KPIs, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
