Speak4 is seeking a Partner Success Manager to cultivate strong partner relationships and optimize their use of our advocacy platform. You will guide partners, troubleshoot issues, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

The role supports hybrid on-site or remote work, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and offers a salary range with commission plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years in customer success, client services, or partner-facing role.
• At least one year in digital marketing, politics, advocacy, or related field.
• Strong computer literacy with MS and Google products.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and project tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop engagement strategies to help partners maximize Speak4 impact.
• Manage partner support requests including campaigns, platform questions, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Create product updates, guides, and resources for partner enablement.
• Onboard new partners with Sales and ensure smooth campaign setup.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine product onboarding and materials.
• Advocate for partner needs and feed back for product improvements.
• Support other team priorities in a start-up environment.
