Qualifications

• Leadership experience—building and leading solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Experience with GSIs/RSIs, ISVs/IHVs, and CSPs in co-engineering or joint offerings.
• GTM and joint business initiatives, including co-sell programs.
• Strong Big Data ecosystem knowledge (Spark, Hive, Impala).
• Fluency with Kubernetes, Java/.NET/Python, and SQL.
• Four-year degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
• Drive technology alliances strategy and co-engineering with major partners.
• Translate customer problems into simple, winning solutions; present roadmap to stakeholders.
• Advance deals through RFPs, labs, proofs of concept, and technical wins.
• Collaborate with channels and alliances to win new logos.
• Provide market feedback to engineering and product management to influence roadmap.
• Act as a technology evangelist through blogs and events.
• Support leadership relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
