Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world-class team and drive adoption of our Enterprise Data Platform through strategic alliances with NVIDIA, Dell, IBM, Salesforce and others.

You will shape GTM and co-engineering initiatives, translate complex customer problems into winning technical and business outcomes, and collaborate across product, engineering, and sales to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and leading solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Experience managing joint business initiatives and co-sell programs.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems and modern data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
• Drive alliances strategy and co-engineering with major partners.
• Present roadmap, vision, and outcomes to stakeholders from developers to CIOs.
• Guide prospects through sales cycles with labs, RFPs, and PoCs.
• Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to win new logos.
• Develop programs to strengthen partner capabilities and joint solutions.
• Provide market and product feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Act as a technology evangelist through external engagement.
