Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world‑class team and drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform across major technology alliances. You will align technical depth with strategic business outcomes and accelerate cloud‑native AI‑driven data solutions with key partners.

The role blends leadership, technical depth, and strategic partnership management to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building, leading, and managing high‑performing solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Strong alliance experience with SI partners, ISVs/IHVs, and CSPs.
• Experience with GTM programs, co-sell, and marketplace integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Big Data ecosystems and data management concepts.
• Technical fluency with Kubernetes, Java/.NET/Python, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world‑class team of Partner Solutions Engineers and manage key alliances.
• Drive alliance strategy, GTM, and co‑engineering with major partners.
• Translate complex customer problems into winning solutions and present roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Advance deals through RFPs, labs, POCs and technical wins.
• Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to win new logos.
• Provide market feedback to Engineering and Product to influence roadmap.
• Act as a technology evangelist and build leadership relationships.
