Cloudera is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world-class team and drive the adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform across technology alliances. You will translate complex customer problems into simple, high-impact AI-driven data solutions with major partners.

You will shape joint go-to-market programs, manage co-engineering initiatives, and present roadmaps to stakeholders from developers to CTOs, enabling growth and market leadership while staying aligned with

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building, leading, and managing solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Experience with joint GTM, co-sell programs, and marketplace integrations.
• Strong collaboration with system integrators and technology partners to monetize joint offerings.
• Understanding of hyperscaler cloud architectures and partner collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of the Big Data ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Impala) and modern data management.
• Technical fluency with infrastructure (Kubernetes) and programming (Java/.NET/Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
• Drive alliances strategy with co-engineering initiatives and GTM programs.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, winning AI-driven solutions.
• Present roadmap and business outcomes to stakeholders from developers to CTOs/CIOs.
• Move prospects through the sales cycle via RFPs, labs, PoCs, and technical wins.
• Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to develop sales plays and acquire new logos.
• Provide market and product feedback to Engineering and Product Management.
• Act as a player/coach and external technology evangelist.
