Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and leading solution engineering or alliances teams.
• Experience with system integrators, software/hardware partners and cloud service providers.
• Strong GTM and business acumen with co-sell programs and marketplace integrations.
• Deep data ecosystem knowledge (Spark, Hive, Impala) and modern data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class team of Partner Solutions Engineers and foster strategic partner relationships.
• Drive technology alliances strategy, managing joint GTM and co-engineering initiatives with major partners.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, winning joint solutions; present roadmap and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Move prospects through the sales pipeline to close deals via RFPs, labs, POCs and technical wins.
• Collaborate with Channels & Alliances to develop sales plays for new logos and growth.
• Work with internal teams and partners to develop initiatives and programs addressing customer needs.
• Act as voice of partners to influence product direction and roadmap strategy.
• Serve as a leader and mentor, building leadership relationships across stakeholders.
• Evangelize technology through blogs, events, and community engagement.
