Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow referral networks with tech partners, HCMs, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space. This field-facing role requires travel to West Texas up to 3 days per week and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify opportunities, build go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams, and measure pipeline depth and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining partnerships in SMB space.
• Quota-driven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel in West Texas and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners and drive GTM strategies.
