Job summary

Human Interest, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow our Partner Program across the United States. You will develop referral networks with tech partners, HCM brokers, CPAs and financial advisors serving SMBs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to close opportunities.

You will set goals, track pipeline depth, and drive demand-generation activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining SMB partner relationships.
• Quota-driven sales experience.
• Proactive, autonomous contributor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners and advisors.
• Build strategic referral networks for lead generation.
• Identify and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on events and campaigns.
• Set business goals with partners and drive go-to-market activities.
