EliseAI in San Francisco is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to scope, design, and launch integrations that connect partners' systems to our platform. You’ll work directly with partner engineering teams to understand products, guide them through our APIs, and shape how data moves.

You’ll coordinate with partnerships, engineering, and product, build repeatable patterns, and turn lessons into docs and tooling.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a partner-facing technical role in a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, engaging with partner systems and workflows.
• Manage multiple integrations as the technical project manager to meet go-live dates.
• Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner and standardize data flows and APIs.
• Own testing and launch readiness and monitor post-launch performance.
• Identify API gaps and work with Engineering/Product to prioritize solutions.
• Contribute to developer docs, playbooks, and tooling to improve partner experience.
