EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to scope, design, and launch integrations connecting partner systems to EliseAI’s platform. You’ll work with partner engineering teams to understand product, guide them through APIs, and shape how systems connect.

You’ll coordinate with partnerships, engineering, and product to act as the partner’s technical point of contact from kickoff through launch. You’ll build patterns, docs, and tooling to accelerate future partner launches, joining a

Competenze

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Proficient reading and reasoning about code (Python or similar).
• Strong ability to communicate with external technical teams.
• Track record aligning cross-functional teams and tradeoffs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in fast-moving env.
• Demonstrated ownership and problem solving in ambiguous settings.

Mansioni

• Be the technical lead for partner integrations from discovery to production.
• Manage multiple integrations and coordinate go-live timelines.
• Architect data flows and API usage for scalable connect patterns.
• Own testing and launch readiness, monitor performance post-launch.
• Identify gaps in EliseAI APIs and propose solutions with Eng/Prod.
• Contribute to developer docs, playbooks, and tooling improvements.
