Job summary

Enclave in San Francisco is seeking a mid-level partnerships professional to source, negotiate, and close technical product partnerships with AI platforms and security companies.

You will be deeply involved in building the partnerships motion from the ground floor, engaging with founders and BD teams, and ensuring integrations ship while fueling pipeline through high-visibility partner moments.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years in product, platform, or startup partnerships.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships quickly.
• Comfort with technical integrations and ecosystem BD.
• Self-directed, event-native, and able to work in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close technical product partnerships: integrations, platform embeds, and lab or platform distribution.
• Get partnerships announced at a high cadence (1–3 meaningful partner moments per week).
• Live on the SF founder and BD circuit: events, dinners, office hours, and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with founders and BD teams across AI platforms, developer tools, model providers, and security companies.
• Work with product and engineering so integrations ship, and with marketing and sales so partner moments turn into pipeline.
• Create the partnerships motion. This is a founding seat, not an inherited big-company alliances playbook.
