Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to lead and execute technical partnerships across utility billing, payments, and other proptech verticals. You will own multiple integrations end-to-end, coordinate with vendor teams, and steer architectural decisions that scale our API ecosystem.

The role demands a strong technical background, 3+ years in related roles, and superb prioritization to manage a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering.
• Strong technical foundation, including understanding of system architecture fundamentals and APIs. Comfortable reading and reasoning about code (Python or similar).
• Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders (e.g., vendor engineering teams, customer technical teams).
• Proven ability to manage a large number of concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines—prioritizing ruthlessly without dropping balls.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent integrations end to end (10-15+ partner integrations) with firm go-live dates.
• Be the technical point of contact for partners and collaborate with vendor engineering and product teams.
• Partner with Engineering to shape API and integration architecture and identify gaps in our own API.
• Document and standardize integration patterns to speed onboarding of new vendors.
• Manage sandbox environments and test data for each partner, ensuring validated integrations before launch.
• Triage and prioritize a high-volume, deadline-driven workload and elevate blockers to keep launches on track.
• Contribute to longer-term initiatives like partner-facing documentation and the API usage monitor.
