EliseAI is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to scope, design, and launch integrations connecting partners' systems to our platform. You'll work with partner engineering teams to understand their product, guide them through our APIs, and shape how data flows between systems.

You will coordinate with Partnerships, Engineering, and Product, own testing and launch readiness, and build patterns and docs to accelerate future partners.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a partner or customer facing technical role in a high growth tech environment.
• Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns; able to read and reason about code (Python or similar).
• Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders.
• Track record of aligning cross-functional teams and explaining technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, coordinating with customers.
• Manage several integrations as the technical project manager, prioritizing go-live dates.
• Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner and build standard patterns across categories.
• Own testing and launch readiness and monitor performance after launch.
• Identify API gaps and work with Engineering and Product to scope solutions.
• Contribute to developer docs, playbooks, and tooling to reduce recurring pain points.
