EliseAI is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to own and execute strategic partnerships at the intersection of business and engineering. You’ll manage a live portfolio of 10-15+ partner integrations across utility billing, payments, and other proptech verticals, from scoping through go-live and steady-state operation.

You’ll collaborate with vendor and internal teams on data needs, API usage, and integration architecture, document patterns, maintain sandboxes, and prioritize a high-volume

Formación

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering.
• Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs; comfortable reading and reasoning about code (Python or similar).
• Experience working with external technical stakeholders (vendor engineering teams, customer technical teams).
• Proven ability to manage many concurrent workstreams with deadlines—prioritize ruthlessly.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of concurrent integrations end-to-end (10-15+ at any time).
• Define data needs, API usage, and implementation decisions with partners and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape API/architecture and identify gaps.
• Document and standardize integration patterns for scalable onboarding.
• Maintain sandbox environments and test data for partner integrations.
