Job summary

Zoom is seeking a dynamic Partner Implementation Program Lead to drive the strategy and execution of Deployment Accreditation programs and partner enablement. You will own roadmaps, coordinate with product owners, and align enablement initiatives with business goals across global partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities include documenting best practices, ensuring program quality, and driving cross-functional initiatives through legal, operations, and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, program implementation, or similar roles.
• 5+ years of cloud-based education, training, or enablement experience.
• 5+ years of channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Zoom Partner Deployment Accreditation creation and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for technical continuing education programs.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for Accreditation and continuing education programs.
• Work cross-functionally with Partner Solution Engineers, Global Architects, and Sales Enablement to outline and launch Deployments.
• Monitor progress and drive outcomes across legal, operations, sales leadership, and executives.
