Job summary

Abacum is seeking an Implementation & Partner Operations Lead to standardize delivery across in‑house and SI partners. You’ll own the delivery playbook, define milestones and escalation paths, and ensure end‑to‑end implementation success.

You’ll design handoffs from sales to implementation and from implementation to CS, embedding repeatable processes. Sitting in Strategy & Operations, you’ll influence the post‑sale commercial model, build routing frameworks, and manage partner onboarding,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with proximity to how implementation or partner programs run.
• Systems-minded, process-oriented with tooling decisions and scalable frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
• Built processes and structures where none existed, with practical adoption.
• Able to influence across functions without formal authority.
• Fintech, FP&A, or finance-adjacent SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery playbook, quality benchmarks, and tooling across in‑house and SI delivery.
• Define milestones, escalation protocols, and end‑to‑end implementation success.
• Design routing framework and decision criteria for implementations.
• Lead sales-to-implementation and implementation-to-CS handoffs with required info.
• Design partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and SFDC attribution tracking.
• Define time‑to‑value benchmarks and report on performance.
