Job summary

BS&A is seeking a Director of Implementation Partnerships to design and lead a scalable partner network that expands implementation capacity while protecting service quality. This role will own the strategy, build a certification program, recruit and onboard partners, and drive partner-delivered Go-Live ARR growth.

• Experience building and scaling partner programs.
• Strong program management and governance skills.
• Ability to define commercial models and partner tiers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and growth trajectory for the partnerships function.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard implementation partners aligned to quality standards.
• Establish certification gates, tiers, and performance criteria for partners.
• Oversee AI-enabled tooling and enablement to improve partner productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal on contracts, pricing, and ramp metrics.
