- Experience using AI to automate processes at scale.
- Able to forecast and analyze data to guide strategic decisions.
- Track record of collaborating across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maximize partner engagement and fast response times for inbound messages.
- Increase properties listed with Neighbor for commercial partnerships.
- Grow revenue across commercial partnerships and optimize partner satisfaction.
- Define and implement customer success processes and SOPs.
- Onboard new commercial supply partners with regular check-ins.
