Job summary

Traliant is seeking a Partner Development Director to drive growth by identifying and qualifying strategic partners. You will map the partner landscape, engage senior decision-makers, and leverage tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to build a strong partner pipeline.

You will lead high-level discussions, structure deals, and work with leadership to refine targeting and outreach strategies, contributing to a remote-first, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
3+ years in HR, HRIS/HCM, PEO, EOR or HR/compliance technology
Established relationships within the PEO, EOR, LMS, or content/compliance space

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and prioritize prospective partner organizations
Activate existing senior relationships to open doors quickly
Build and articulate a compelling partnership value proposition for each prospect
Lead executive-level discovery conversations to assess strategic fit
Own the qualified partner pipeline end-to-end and ensure high-quality handoffs
