The Ladders is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role focuses on driving partner-led revenue growth through strategic planning and co-sell execution, with strong alignment to sales teams and local market stakeholders.

You will build and manage relationships across partner organizations, ensuring programs, forecasts, and deliverables stay on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft, AWS, or Google.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence revenue goals with sales teams.
• Experience managing budgets and complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Determine and drive revenue goals based on market strategy
• Coordinate with local market personnel to meet performance objectives
• Proactively assess partner and internal ongoing needs
• Develop partner engagement activities to support strategy
• Build strong relationships within partner organizations
• Own the co-sell program including targets and deliverables
• Manage partner channel pipeline and forecasts
• Create and maintain project plans for partner initiatives
