Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a Strategic Partner Enablement Lead to launch foundational enablement programs across Databricks and Snowflake partner ecosystems. You will craft scalable learning pathways for technical and business audiences and align internal and external stakeholders to drive partner success.

You will shape long-term enablement vision, translate AI and data platform use cases into practical content, and build repeatable engagement frameworks and champion programs for growing

Qualifications

• Experience building new programs or strategic initiatives from scratch.
• Direct experience with data platform partnerships (Databricks, Snowflake) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple early-stage partner relationships without losing momentum.
• 8+ years in partner success, strategic partnerships, enablement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement lead for Databricks and Snowflake partnerships.
• Establish foundational enablement strategies, governance processes, and operating rhythms.
• Identify priority audiences across data engineering, analytics, ML, and leadership.
• Build partnerships with alliance leaders, communities, and executives.
• Design role-based programs for engineers, data scientists, and tech leaders.
• Develop scalable enablement programs for lakehouse, data platform, AI, and analytics use cases.
