Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management or learning platforms.
• Experience shipping learner-facing features in B2B SaaS.
• Collaboration with design, engineering, and curriculum teams.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to translate pedagogy into product.
• Experience with AI-powered learning and LLM-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Design experiences that surface targeted knowledge when users need it, in-flow of work.
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities like learner models, progress tracking, adaptive paths, and assessments.
• Partner with UX/content design to embed guidance within the workflow.
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure reliable, secure, scalable learning systems.
• Define analytics to reveal skill gaps and guide proactive interventions.
