• Excellent communication and relationship-building, with English fluency.
• Results-driven mindset balancing customer satisfaction with revenue goals.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply solutions to regional roadblocks.
• Experience building scalable enablement frameworks across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success of learning offerings across enterprise accounts in the Americas.
• Partner with sales and customer success to position learning for adoption, renewal, expansion.
• Translate goals into tailored enablement programs accelerating transformation and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of training programs from discovery to post-program analysis.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify skill gaps and adoption blockers using data.
• Deliver blended learning experiences (virtual, classroom, on-demand) with measurable outcomes.
• Track and report enablement success metrics like adoption and revenue impact.
• Mentor colleagues and share best practices across Learning & Enablement.
