Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap decisions, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You act as the strategic voice at the table, making the calls and driving account growth, retention and upsell while maintaining strong relationships with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
