Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, manage budgets, and shape the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will work remotely with US, Canada, and South Africa clients, leveraging Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads to drive ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
