Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, own budgets, bids, targeting, and the narrative when clients ask why you made certain calls.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive roadmap development, and manage retention and upsell.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
