Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set strategy, budget calls, and the narrative on client calls.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build the 90-day roadmaps, ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels, and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting and testing; know when to pause.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking via GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
