Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bids and creative testing, with retention and upsell as long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budget, bid strategies, targeting, testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
