Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on campaigns, and you will drive account growth through retention and upsell while partnering on long-term relationships. This role is remote with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with documented results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Plan budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Track conversions and attribution using GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
