Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow a flexible packaging business in the northeast TN area. You will build and manage enterprise accounts, solve packaging challenges, and guide clients to smarter solutions, blending technical learning with consultative sales.

You will work across teams with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution and a high-touch customer experience, traveling up to 50% including international routes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher education in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or technical service is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging is important.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods industries.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Help clients select materials for their packaging needs.
• Communicate performance, quality, and cost advantages of rotogravure printing.
• Partner with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless project execution.
• Manage accounts end-to-end from first conversation to final delivery.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFP responses; forecast and track sales performance.
