Job summary

ENGEL North America is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager - Packaging and Medical to drive new business development and manage strategic accounts in PAC and MED markets. You will cultivate relationships with packaging customers, coordinate with technical teams, and expand the ENGEL footprint across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes new business development with the goal of building a robust, multi-site account portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, injection molding machinery, automation, or related capital equipment.
• Established relationships within the packaging market.
• Experience competing for business at longtime supplier accounts.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions.
• Strong prospecting, account planning and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-priority packaging accounts and opportunities.
• Develop medical opportunities with ENGEL MED team.
• Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, operations, procurement, and executives within targeted accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships across sites and functions.
• Coordinate with ENGEL’s PAC and MED teams to support customers.
• Lead opportunities through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and purchase decisions.
