Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Texas region. You will drive opportunities by building relationships with end users and influencers, guiding quoting and sampling, and communicating MCC’s value in packaging solutions.

With 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will collaborate with Sales and R&D to tailor offerings, manage the sales funnel, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5–10 years’ relevant business and industry experience.
• Demonstrated printing or packaging experience is required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence others.
• 50% travel to customers, offices and plants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pull strategy by building relationships with end users and end-user influencers.
• Identify opportunities and guide all parties through quoting, proofing and sampling.
• Partner with Sales to assess prospective and existing customer needs and propose solutions.
• Lead efforts to identify organizations with packaging needs aligned to MCC’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D/Tech Development to ensure designs meet customer needs.
• Report on sales funnel to support demand and supply planning.
• Work with estimating to ensure pricing remains competitive.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and maintain safety and risk standards.
