Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to identify opportunities and guide quoting, proofing, and sampling for packaging solutions. You will support the Business Development Director, build relationships with end users, and communicate MCC’s value proposition across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5–10 years in business and/or packaging industry experience.
• Demonstrated printing or packaging experience is required.
• Sales support and business development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote MCC’s vision, values, and supplier relationships across teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to implement growth strategies and market expansion.
• Develop a pull strategy by building relationships with end users and influencers.
• Define target sub-segments, value proposition, and offerings per segment.
• Partner with Sales to assess customer needs and recommend MCC solutions.
• Lead efforts to identify opportunities aligned with MCC’s capabilities.
• Coordinate with R&D and Technology to ensure designs meet customer needs.
• Maintain supplier relationships and assist with demand/supply planning.
• Share customer feedback to support competitive pricing and strategy.
• Foster a culture of integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Travel up to 50% to customers, offices and plants.
