Job summary

Colonial Group in Georgia seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to understand customer needs, coordinate with design and technical staff, and develop compelling sales proposals and contracts.

You will lead presentations, identify opportunities, and train less experienced sales reps while maintaining a strong focus on safety and meeting targets across residential, multi-family and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field with two years of sales experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specs.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoots field issues which may be difficult to resolve.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
• Researches, identifies and solicits new customers and opportunities.
• Keeps customers updated on products and services and benefits.
