Job summary

Colonial Group in Florida seeks an experienced Outside Sales professional to represent our products and services with key customers across residential, multi-family, and commercial segments. You will collect customer needs, develop proposals, and coordinate with engineering and management to win contracts.

You will train and mentor less experienced reps, conduct presentations, and pursue new opportunities through market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field; two years sales experience required.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and close deals with complex customer needs.
• Experience presenting to senior clients and training less experienced reps.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process and develops proposals.
• Plans and delivers sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develops and solicits new customers through market research.
